Some features not work running the PPT Viewer due to 16-bit Viewer version.
Cause:
The PowerPoint Viewer is a 16-bit version and does not support some new PowerPoint 7.0 online presentation features, such as object builds, two-color shaded fills, and textured fills.
Solution:
Contact Microsoft to get the updated 32-bit version of the PowerPoint Viewer.
NOTE: Features NOT supported by the 16-bit PowerPoint Viewer are object builds, two-color shaded fills, and textured fills.
Do one of the following:
1) To obtain a copy of the updated 32-bit version of the PowerPoint Viewer, contact Microsoft Customer Service at 1-800-360-7561.
NOTE: The updated 32-bit version of the PowerPoint Viewer will support all of the new online presentation features in PowerPoint 7.0.
2) Do not use any features that do not work when showing the presentation in the PowerPoint Viewer.
3) Do not show a presentation in the PowerPoint Viewer if the presentation contains any features that do not work in the PowerPoint Viewer.
